🗺 Road map — where is what (the 6 stages across the top; click to open / close)
1 · Setup
Tell us the client, the bank, and which facilities the client seeks (CC / OD / TL / BG / LC) and the amounts applied for.
2 · Financials
Upload past accounts, or build a brand-new project from drivers. → the P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow (which always tie).
3 · Assessment
The facility assessment — MPBF / DSCR, the facilities table (applied-for vs assessed), and the cross-checks.
4 · CMA Forms
The bank-format Forms I–VII (operating statement, balance sheet, MPBF, funds-flow, ratios).
5 · Proposal
The credit proposal note — purpose, facilities, assessment and recommendation, in prose.
6 · Export
Download the CMA in Excel (bank format) and the Word report.
Building a brand-new project? The driver sheets run left-to-right — Sales → Cost structure → Material & cost of sales → Cost of project (fixed assets) → Term loans → Fixed assets & depreciation → Working capital — and the “Next →” button at the bottom of each sheet walks you through them in order. The last one continues to the P&L & Balance Sheet. Every figure recomputes live and the balance sheet always ties.

Which facilities is the client applying for?
Click each facility the client is seeking — its amount box opens. Enter the limit applied for in ₹ (the unit shown in “Figures in”, top-right). Leave the amount blank if the client hasn’t stated it yet — it then shows “Pending client confirmation” and the eligible MPBF is computed for comparison; a calculated figure is never taken as the request.

Two questions — then we take you straight to the right place.
✓ Facilities & amounts are set above — in the “Which facilities is the client applying for?” panel. Click a facility there to open its amount box. Then tell us about the borrower and the figures below.
Is the borrower new to the bank, or existing?
2 · What do you have?
↑ Pick a facility above first.

📤Method 1 — upload an Excel fileFASTEST · MOST COMMON
⏱ 1–2 days of work, done in minutes — and self-checked.
Read this file as
Years split across files? Add them one by one.
If the audited years, the provisional year and the projections came as separate files, upload the first above, then add the rest here — each file's years are merged in by line and placed in date order. Tag what the new file's years are:
Method 2 — no file? Paste the figures straight from Excel
📋 Paste the statements
Just copy the Balance Sheet and P&L (and Cash Flow / project cost if you have them) from Excel and paste them in — no file needed. The tool maps them exactly like an uploaded file. Same result as Method 1.
⌨️ Type them in BANK LAYOUT
No file, but you have the figures. We create the labelled columns — past audited years, a provisional year, projected years — and you type each figure straight in.
📈 Brand-new business
A start-up with no past accounts. Enter a few drivers and the whole report (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) builds and ties itself.
ⓘ How to read the checks
✓ green — verified; the figure ties / matches a source.
⚠ amber — confirm before sending (single source, or two sources disagree).
✓ Ready — balance sheet ties every year → safe to export.
Doesn’t tie — open P&L & Balance Sheet → Edit and fix the figure. The tool never invents a number to force a tie.
Save / resume your work (keep a CMA as a file and reopen it later)
Save the whole CMA — the figures, your edits, the facilities and every setting — to a .json file on your computer. Reopen it any time (even on another machine) to carry on exactly where you left off. Nothing leaves your computer.
Verify the calculations (run the built-in self-check)
Syamantak tests its own engine on hundreds of synthetic cases — every CMA form, the MPBF, DSCR, the balance-sheet tie and the figure-mapping must all agree. Click to run it now and see the result. This validates the tool's calculations (not your current figures), and runs entirely on this computer.

CMA in Excel (bank format) — the complete CMA as a multi-sheet Excel in the standard bank format (Form I Particulars … Form VI Funds Flow + ratios), tailored to the bank you selected on Client details. This is the file you e-mail to the bank — no blank template needed. Report (Word) — the same CMA as an editable Word document with a proposal note, on your firm’s letterhead — a professional covering deliverable. Forms (CSV) — the CMA figures as a plain spreadsheet. Final statements (.xlsx) — the finished, CMA-aligned P&L and Balance Sheet, reflecting every figure you mapped or edited. This is the final set to hand the client / keep on file. Fill bank’s own format — only if a bank insists on its own blank Excel: pick that file and the tool writes your figures into its rows. Clear & start fresh — remove the current file and begin a new CMA.
