Upload the client Excel, or enter the figures yourself — choose a route below.
Pick the option that matches how your figures are supplied — most users: “One complete file”. Which should I use?
Most common
📄
One complete file
P&L and balance sheet in the same workbook (or a CMA). You confirm each mapped line.
No file
⌨️
Paste your statements
Copy your P&L and balance sheet from Excel and paste them — any format, including Tally.
Projections
📈
P&L / projections only
A forecast P&L (new company). If it has projected balance-sheet lines, we build the cash flow & balance sheet from them.
Two files
🗂️
Separate files
Projections in one file, the balance sheet in another. Pick both here — they merge into one model.
Pick both files — they merge automatically.
🔒 Your data stays on this computer. The tool runs entirely on your laptop — the client’s figures and the report are never uploaded to any server or cloud. You control the files.

Company Identification
Purpose of Valuation
Choose the Act, then the transaction, then the section — each list narrows the next, and the tool writes the formal purpose statement for you below. The statement is fully editable: expand it, or add anything specific to this engagement. If your matter isn’t in the lists, set the Act to “General fair-value opinion” and simply type your own purpose.
+ Cite an additional section / rule (optional)
Combined — both FEMA and Companies-Act clauses included.
List any document that is to be annexed to and form part of the report. The report prints an Annexures index and a note that the listed documents are enclosed. Attach the actual document(s) to the signed report (upload an image of a page to embed it, if you wish).

The figures read from your file — every cell is editable, and totals re-tally as you type.
Valuation Methods
Pick the approaches — the advisor recommends from your data.
Select the approach(es) to apply
✓ The methods already ticked are Syamantak’s advisor’s suggestion, chosen from your financials (leverage, debt schedule, sector) and marked ★ Rec. You can change them — tick or untick any approach; the final choice is yours. The reasoning is shown below the cards.
What ticking does: a ticked method is computed and shown in the report. By default the income method (FCFF/FCFE) carries the conclusion, and NAV / CCMM are shown as a cross-check — not blended into the weighted average. To actually weight a method into the concluded value, switch it to “Weight into conclusion” below (or set its weight on the Valuation screen). Unticking a method leaves it out of the report, except for a one-line note that it was considered and not adopted.
Discount Rate
CAPM-based cost of equity · WACC build-up · Damodaran sector beta
Money in the future is worth less than money today, and a riskier business is discounted harder. This screen builds the rate that brings the projected cash flows back to the present — the cost of equity (Ke) from the CAPM, and, where the company has debt, the blended cost of capital (WACC). Work through the parts in order.

Open to apply a Size Premium — small/mid-caps earn more — ▾
A smaller company is riskier than the large-caps in the Sensex, so investors demand a little extra. We measure it as the gap between BSE MidCap and Sensex long-run returns (common base 11 Apr 2005).
